1. Order cancellation

You may request to cancel an Order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an Order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per the conditions below.

2. Returns & exchanges window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. There are no charges for exchanges.

Once your request is verified by our support team, reverse pickup is initiated within 24 hours and the product is picked up by our logistics partner within the next 1–2 days, from the original delivery address. The courier may refuse the pickup if the original tags are not intact or the item has clearly been worn, washed, or soiled.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons; these will be marked on the Product page.

3. How to start a return

Email info@thesmalltalkstore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8595382034 with your order number and reason. We will guide you through pickup or return shipping.

4. Refunds

For prepaid orders, the entire amount is refunded to your original payment mode; bank refunds take 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is initiated to the bank account you provide at the time of raising the request. We will update you via email/SMS once the refund is initiated. Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable.

5. Exchanges & size issues

Size exchanges are free subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost.
